3PL network

3PL client admin

3PL client companies: tax data (VAT ID, ANAF, EORI), contacts, services (customs, transport, warehousing, distribution). Users and roles per company. Client portal with a secure link for order status.

Partner admin

Article catalog

Warehouses

Warehouses at 3PL-provider level, used by all clients: type (e.g. OK stock), capacity, temperature band, timezone, dock appointments.

Inbound processes

POs and receptions: created → confirmed → in transit → received (partial or full). CTC, labelling, packaging on reception, damage reports, dock appointments, PDFs and QR verification.

Stock management

Stock view by warehouse, client, article. Transaction journal. Available vs reserved. Low-stock alerts (push + email).

Outbound processes

SOs: created → in progress → loaded → delivered (or cancelled). Stock reservation, scanning, delivery-note PDF, QR verification, order split, comments, attachments and automation rules.

Returns

Return orders (RET) from SO lines, inspection, status, PDF and QR verification. Stock put-away after processing.

Returnable packaging

Returnable packaging (CHEP/EPAL, crates, IBCs): catalogue, deposit, balance per partner, movements, return document, physical stock, reconciliation and supplier statement.
